I'm just testing the photo uploading feature. Will it work?? I guess we'll see! Exciting. I'll start writing real posts. In the mean time, what do you think of Gudrun's flowers? :)
It worked, the upload, that is! and I love the excellent use of focal length (blurring out everything but the main object) and for the first week, it is technically amazing. What are you learning about composition in your class?
ReplyDeleteMy advise is to continue to tell a little bit of a story with the pictures. It drives me a little bonkers when I go to an exhibit and the photographer tells you nothing. Sometimes all I want to know is where it is taken. Other times I want to know what led up to a particular shot. But at least I want to know something - not a book - just something that anchors it in time, place or meaning.
ReplyDeleteI just had my first class. They were talking about the basics: Shutterspeed, AF Mf, Stabillizer etc...

Where in Brussels did you take French classes?
Photoshop is what I recommend. All of our graphic artists use it.
